Our quality policy is focused on the satisfaction of our clients demands. We understand that our customers
can efficiently confirm the rightness of our existence and work. That is why the preservation and continuous
improvement of the policy of quality assurance, consistent with the requirements of the PN ISO 9001:2000
norm, is of fundamental importance for the development and stabilization of the company.
Quality policy objectives by which we can make sure about the realization of our quality assumptions:
- completion of the entrusted order is done only once - always on time and with a positive result
- optimum level of service for our customers
- obtaining positive results in the economic and commercial sector, providing the possible highest customer satisfaction
The Board of Company is obliged to fulfill the policy in ways of:
- allocating funds: to maintain and improve the quality system
- all staff members involved in meeting our customers requirements
- service control in both technical and economical manner
- allocating funds: for modernization of technical equipment
- optimization of service
Maintenance and improvement of the quality assurance system is based on the continuous development of the personnel aspiration and working methods through:

- continuous skills training and upgrading
- progress and improvement of service quality
The Effect of the quality assurance system, is the increase of customer confidence in our services, which is
reflected by new orders from already existing clients and completely new ones.
